Citizen Swiss Programmer
Qualified candidate will be responsible for writing programs for Citizen Swiss Lathes. Will also be responsible for choosing tooling and materials needed for new production orders. Responsibilities will also include estimating set-up and run times for new orders.
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience programming Swiss lathes using Partmaker software, preferably in a medical device manufacturing facility.
CNC Programmer
Qualified candidate will be responsible for writing programs for horizontal and vertical milling machines. Will also be responsible for choosing tooling and materials for new production orders. Responsibilities will also include estimating set-up and run times for new orders.
Qualified candidate must be fluent with Gibbscam programming software. Must be able to write programs for 3, 4 and 5-axis mills using a wide variety of materials. Previous experience in a precision machining manufacturing company helpful with previous job shop type experience preferred. Experience with tight tolerance medical and aerospace products highly desirable.
