How much does industrial painting cost? Costs vary depending on quantity and other types of value-added services requested (i.e., bodywork and grinding). Quantity discounts can be more easily achieved through high production runs. Time and material offers our customers flexibility and very competitive rates.
What is your lead-time? Lead-time is primarily dictated by our customers' requirements.
What types of industrial painting do you perform? Wet Coat - Polyurethane spray application for metal finishing. (Painting) Water base - Solvent free paint preparations. (Painting) Powder Coat -Polyester synthetic coating for metal finishing. (Scratch-resistant coating)
The above types of painting use liquid and powders and come in a variety of colors.
Who uses industrial painting services? Industrial painting is done for a wide variety of industries; we typically paint medical, decorative coating and military specifications.
Why is protective coating needed? Protective coating provides a variety of functions such as corrosion protection, scratch-resistance, texture, hardness, durability and/or appearance. Coating is part of the total performance package for the manufactured end item.
Silkscreening
Do you Silk-Screen T-shirts? No we do not silk screen on to T-shirts.
How do we get our images to you? We accept just about anything from letterheads, to computer files, to blueprints.
How does Silk-screening work? Basically, it's the process of forcing ink through an image directly on to the part.
What kind of things do you Silk-screen? The majority of work is for medical equipment, but we have the ability to do decals, compact discs, stickers, plaques, signs, panels, bottle caps, wood, plastic, metal, glass, and other miscellaneous items for indoor and outdoor usage.
